  • Submission deadline 30 September 2017
  • Review process October 01 - November 30,
  • Final versions due December 10,

Page limits from 12 to 20 pages.

Important Dates:

  • Submission deadline: April 30th May 31st June 30th, 2017 (12:00 GMT)
  • Decision notification: June 30th July 10th August 1st, 2017
  • Early Registration: July 15th August 10th, 2017
  • Final Registration: August 15th, 2017


Instructions for Fullpaper Submission (Through EasyChair):

  1. Sign up for an EasyChair account at the EasyChair website. If you have used EasyChair before,skip this step and proceed to step 2.
  2. Log in to the NuTMiC full paper submission website, using your EasyChair user name and password. 
  3. Click on the “New Submission” link in the top-left corner of the menu
  4. Fill in the names, affiliations, postal and email addresses of all co-authors and indicate the presenting and corresponding authors. All these fields are mandatory.
  5. Enter the title and abstract in the provided text areas. Note that only plain (ASCII) text is accepted in these fields.
  6. Provide at least 3 (and up to 5) keywords that describe your paper. Please enter one keyword per line . If more than 5 keywords are entered, the Program Committee may arbitrarily select those to be included in the final form of your abstract.
  7. Upload your paper. The paper must be in PDF format (file extension .pdf)
  8. Click ‘Submit’.
